These classes are for everyone, both people who have worked with breadmaking before and those who are new to the world of fermentation.

You can expect to learn more about:

•         The sourdough process

•         Mixing 

•         Dividing

•         Shaping

•         Baking

It will be a practical class where you will be a part of the whole process and end up dividing and shaping your own loaves.

We will bake all the loaves the following day, so that you can come in and pick up the loaves you shaped yourself at the end of the day. 

During the course there will be some snacks, and you will get some freshly milled flour and sourdough starter (for those interested) to kickstart your baking at home.
