Panettone is a luxurious bread thatoriginated in Italy centuries ago.Diego individually hand-crafts each loaf in thetraditional manner, using only sourdough(Lievito Madre) to raise it.
Each Panettone takes 3 days to make from start to finish.
Ingredients: Organic Italian flour, water, sourdough (flour+water), sugar, egg yolks, cultured butter, salt, honey, candied orange and citron.
